Sales Agent (Regional Manager)

Job brief We are strategically seeking a self-driven and experienced Sales Agent to join our company! Our ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients and customer retention, along with experience in managing sales strategies for chemicals for construction.  Responsibilities Comprehend with concrete admixture (or additive) and related substances Understand and handle sales in the territory (+ overseas markets) Implement long and short-term strategies to grow sales and market share in the territory Deliver promotions to increase sales and expand brand awareness Assist Technical Service in selected field trials and customer conversions Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for our items Prepare and submit weekly basis sales reports. Book and attend business meetings with potential clients. Update executives with agency's performance, prospects, and overall sales growth for a specific period Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in chemistry, construction, engineering, marketing, business or related field Strong experience in concrete admixture (addictive) industry or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in the sales and business development industry with distribution channels; highly motivated, self-driven individual or corporation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Strategic, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Overseas business (export and import) experience preferred
