The Contract Management is under Construction Team, responsible for the riskanalysis and management of Turbine Supply Agreement and Transport, Crane andInstallation Contracts in the construction phase.**Responsibilities**:CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, WHICH INCLUDES:the execution of the contract Kick-off meeting;timely and systematically asses Vestas' claims;risk assessment(B) CLAIM MANAGEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES:Structure and lead strategy until final settlement;Management of multidisciplinary teams in order to get substantiation;Support legal on arbitration;(C) ADVISORY, WHICH INCLUDES:Provide proactive assessments and advice of rights, obligations, risks,opportunities and disputes;Resolve commercial disputes and settlements;Help the team navigate internal review, approval and signing process;(D) VARIATION & SETTLEMENTS, WHICH INCLUDES:Draft/negotiation of variation orders, amendments and settlements;(E) RECORDKEEPING, WHICH INCLUDES:archive (digital) formal correspondence, notices, variation orders, amendments andother contract documentation.**Qualifications**:Law Degree.
