As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Malta based Responsible Gaming Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible to:
Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play Escalate cases to the relevant departments as required from time to time in accordance with internal procedures Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care Work across multiple jurisdictions Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making You'll be a great fit if you have:
