Resort Trainer Manager (M/W)

You are- Friendly, you are gifted in representing Club Med's values to customers and employees.- Key to our activity, you work with different departments and contribute to our overall success.You will- Manage the training and development of GE and GO in the village: Training 1st season: newcomers integration, Training to support managers: keys GO, taken from station Managers, Functional training: behavioural, sale, languages, management- Elaborate a diagnosis with the managers and offer a plan of continuous training to teams- Plan with managers the deployment of training (according to availability of the teams)- Work in partnership with the managers of the village in the deployment of technical training- Elaborate and refresh the Integration content and mobilize the key GO- Lead training session in partnership with the manager for technical content- Ensure the logistics necessary for the smooth running of training- Contribute to the events and projects in the University of TalentsIn becoming a G.O Village Trainer Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
