You will manage the submission and publishing processes for both Google Play and Apple's App Store, ensuring that all of our updates and new features are properly set live. You will work closely with product managers, QA teams, developers, App Store optimization managers, product marketing managers and other stakeholders to coordinate, plan, and oversee the deployment of each release. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our games are released smoothly and efficiently that meet our quality standards.What you'll achieveRelease CoordinationPlan and manage the release schedules and milestones, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of game updates and featuresOwn the release checklist validating all decision makers have signed off ahead of each releaseConduct release readiness reviews and milestone reviews to ensure each release is on trackPlatform ManagementBe the point of contact for release topics on Apple App Store, Google Play and other platformsCoordinate between platform and game teams around launch windows to optimize featuring opportunitiesKeep up to date on all platform requirements and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholdersSubmission ProcessOwn the upload of all required assetsCoordinate with ASO teams to ensure all experiment assets are aligned and in the correct locationsEnsure all geos and languages are properly setup and submittedDocumentationCreate and maintain release readiness checklists and ensure that all teams understand the latest requirementsPartner closely with QA to keep them abreast of all the latest checks needed for each releasePrepare and distribute release notes and deployment guides to all relevant stakeholdersMaintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification listsBuild and document all submission rejections and release issuesWhat you'll need to be successfulProject Management Skills:Proven experience in project management or release management roles.Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is preferred but not mandatoryLeadership, Organization, CommunicationStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyTechnical ProficiencyProficiency in project management software such as Jira, Trello, or similarProficient with version control systems such as Github, PerforceApp Store KnowledgeExperience with Google Play and Apple's App Store processes, requirements, and optimization strategiesNice to haves: Experience with Steam and/or UnityEducational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fieldWhy join usThere are many reasons to join us, but here are a few:We strongly believe we are changing how games studios operate and at the core of what we do is making great games that create a connected communityWe're not just about making Games Where You Belong.
