Department: 4 North / 4 South Job Title: Registered Nurse Reports To: 4 North / 4 South Unit Manager Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. This includes participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community. The responsibilities include observation data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients' physical, psychological, emotional educational and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care. Demonstrate competence in the implementation of the technical skills required for the care of patients and families. Demonstrate proficiency and compliance with established practices in clinical documentation.
