It's all here for you at Kimberly-Clark; you just need to log on!We are hiring a R&D Manager in Product Performance to lead the activities of the innovation laboratories aimed at evaluating the performance of new engineered and formulated personal care products, such as diapers, pads, liners, briefs, wipes, and toiletries.**Key Responsabilities**:Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the below:- Highly creative profile with passion to bring new and innovative research tools to understand personal care concepts, consumer needs, assess technology performance, advocate product design criteria, and qualify new product propositions.- Solid proficiency with claims substantiation for personal care as well as laboratory and analytical methodologies for that.- Has the overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and/or operational activities and staff members in the laboratory. Responsible for operating the lab with the highest quality, safety and integrity in an efficient and economical manner.- Ensure test prioritization is aligned with project development roadmaps and schedules.- Designing and overseeing experiments to validate concepts and gain new understanding of material and finish goods behavior.- Work closely with global teams and external partner to ensure best in class methods are utilized, optimized, and aligned with bests methods as appropriate.- Coordinate Lab R&D activities as they relate to operations and actively participate on subspecialty committees, corporate committees and business unit committees as needed.- Develop annual budget and manage department costs and resources to adhere to budget.- Identify future needs in terms of staff, equipment, and facilities.
