Property Development Manager

Position Overview: As a Development Manager you will support Greystar Brazil on a new Multifamily portfolio. Your main responsabilities are develop and keep on track Greystar projects from the ground to the Operation. Main Responsibilities: Management of the properties architecture in a product, budget and best practices perspective Support the financial plan with market data, technical procedures and KPIs during the project Management of vendors and partners Audit, review and coordinate all phases of the construction Create metrics, dashboards and reports for the main stakeholders Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver in high-quality within the allocated budget and time frame of projects. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies Maintain effective communication and collaboration with global teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, resolve issues, and ensure project success. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Clear communication is crucial for gathering requirements, obtaining feedback, and resolving issues. Strong analytical skills to analyze learning needs, identify gaps, and design effective solutions. Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt strategies to meet diverse needs. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Requirements: Background: A bachelor's degree in design, architecture, engineer, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong experience in Project Management methodologies and tools.
