Project & Operations Coordinator

Airswift is seeking a Project & Operation Coordinator to work on a permanent contract in Macaé with a major Oil & Gas Company.This person will be responsible for leading the Technical Tools Specialist team, planning, execution and revision of the whole project and operation stablishing the objectives, responsibilities, quality, and costs.    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Overall responsibility for the whole project planning and execution.Coordinate day to day operational activities of the project, including scope of Work and client interaction.Provide professional, ethical and safety leadership focusing on technical, support and mentoring of project team and colleagues.Ensure proactive cooperation with support positions and sub-contractors to guarantee sufficient and qualified resources available to support the project execution (Finance, Planning, Engineering, Construction, QHSE, Logistic/Procurement etc.)   Determine appropriate budget recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.Ensure all relevant project reporting is undertaken internal and external reporting requirements and address any issues as appropriate.Effectively utilize defined processes related to scope and management of change VO/VOR (Variation Orden Request) and evaluate alternative business solutions with the client. Ensure hands-on coordination of sub suppliers/contractors to secure procurement budget control and delivery to site of all procured items and services in accordance with Archer procedures and quality standards.Any other projects as required and assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related area.Good knowledge in project management software's and ERP systems, such as Microsoft Project and SAP.Fluent in English.Relevant experience from brownfield projects (desirable within BHA oil tools and plug & abandonment).Project or operation with people coordination, planning, execution, project evaluation and reporting.Strong leadership skills.Well-developed stakeholder management & presentation skills.Strategic vision.ABOUT AIRSWIFT  Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
