The Position Among the main responsibilities of the position, we have: You will be responsible for planning and executing all activities related to scoping, scheduling, resource management, risk management, procurement, quality, EHS and cost controls to ensure the project will deliver what is expected. You must ensure project will follow project governance structure established, report project progress and take decisions together with the project Steering Group (StG). You will also be accountable to support the department in portfolio management activities by reviewing businesses case and ensuring that project data is following our portfolio management system. It is expected that you will be leading high complexity projects at the same time while keeping deliveries, time and quality under control, so flexibility and adaptability is a must. Qualifications You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology areas. Proven relevant experience in project management preferably in MES and Industrial Automation System Solid experience in automation engineering project development for whole life cycle (CD, BD, DD, Execute, Validation, Handover & Ramp-up) Advanced English level, both written and spoken. Good communication and negotiation skills to manage resources across the organization. Project management certifications such as PMP, PSM are not a pre-requisite, but it will be considered an advantage. On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a natural leader and team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships.
