What We Need: Working at iHeartMedia is exciting!We are the leading media and Entertainment Company with the largest reach of any digital, radio, outdoor or television entity in the U.S. We are always on the lookout for innovative and collaborative people to join the team.The role of the Project Manager, Client Success is a critical member of the Client Service team.The key expectations are to assist and support key accounts & drive renewals / upsells on existing business.The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both sales strategy & campaign management.A typical day requires balancing a wide range of activities including attend client meetings, helping with upsells, contributing to campaign maintenance & evolving strategy, leading partnership kick off calls while having a constant focus on what will drive renewal conversations and meaningful reporting both internally & externally.The Project Manager project manages all internal pre-to-post-sale activity supporting Sales including but not limited to building proposals, media planning, research, order entry, campaign management, post-sale reporting, and renewals.Strong communication skills are a must, with internal sales teams and other departments within iHeartMedia.Success in this position will rely heavily on the ability and willingness to support and contribute to creative cross-platform selling and execution from the ground up, and become an indispensable resource to our sales team, as well as client and agency relationships.About the Team: The Client Service team partners with all facets of the iHM family to provide our clients with creative and strategic solutions to deliver upon their goals by leveraging all iHeartMedia assets                                                                             What You'll Do:Work with Sales in the development and maintenance of client and agency relationships, including attending sales callsProject manage the RFP/pitch process with all internal and external teams for select accounts in partnership with salesOversee sold campaigns internally and externally to ensure we deliver upon clients' goalsEnsure the work being put in is generating renewals to drive revenue and identify new opportunities for upsellsManage the launch of developmental deals once sold (confirming all media is booked/reserved correctly, making sure signed contracts are saved, and communicating final details internally to each business team)Support sales leads as they prospect new business opportunities with existing partnersClosely monitor and surface client strategies to internal teamsDetailed account management via SalesForce, Ad+, and TableauDevelop a full understanding of IHM product offerings, especially digital productsDeepen relationships across internal Markets & National sales teams, including MMS, MMP, Premiere, Digital, TTWN, and OOHWork closely with, Sales, Digital Sales Operations, Center of Excellence, Promotions, Programming, MMP, Client Success, Sales Development, Podcast Operations, Digital Account Management, Finance, Billing, Legal, Research & Attribution, and Planning                                                                              What You'll Need:Experience either working for or closely with, media and creative agenciesDigital expertise is strongly preferredStrategically-minded.Must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stageStrong client-facing background – solid presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skillsUpbeat, entrepreneurial attitudeAbility to manage people and effectively juggle various projects at onceResourceful, adaptive, and a master at triage;
