Role Context: In this role, you will collaborate closely with the program management team to provide valuable support to learners throughout their learning journey. This is a position that requires a data-driven approach, as well as a strong understanding of CRM systems, Excel, and operational processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure the team's day to day functioning is aligned to processes and systems so that many clients can be advanced successfully via the defined structure using the variety of tools, frameworks, content, and expert connects, and transformation guidance provided by the program. Collaborate closely with the program management team to ensure seamless program operations and delivery. Provide valuable support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey. Utilize a data-driven approach to track and analyze learner progress, engagement, and performance. Leverage CRM systems and tools to manage learner data effectively. Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to organize, analyze, and present program-related data. Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to streamline program execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for learner inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally. Assist in the onboarding process of new learners, ensuring their smooth transition and access to program resources. Qualifications, Skills & Experience : Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in program management or a related field. Exposure to venturing, consulting, or academic environments is a plus. Experience with the startup community is highly advantageous. Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic planning skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Communications: Excellent oral and written English skills. Able to listen, understand and communicate effectively. Able to develop documents and other write-ups for communication on paper, via the web and other means. Ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences including students, entrepreneurs, government as well as industry personnel. Project Management: Strong program management skills. Ability to break up a complex deliverable into a project plan with realistic tasks. Ability to manage aggressive deadlines with ownership and required hard work to keep to deadlines. People/Team Skills: Highly presentable and pleasant. Confident and able to interface with senior faculty/ industry experts/ Education Partners and government officials to derive results. High energy, exhibiting passion and drive for their work and able to rally other people around common goals. Work as an independent contributor and also as coordinator in a team. Technology: Mastery of MS Office and e-learning tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, e-learning platforms. Ease of use of internet for getting data and communicating over email. Any experience in Learning Management Systems/e-learning and CRM will be a plus. Highly desirable: Experience in coordinating and managing programs or projects in a startup or entrepreneurial setting would be highly desirable for this position. This includes a proven track record of successfully supporting the implementation and execution of initiatives, as well as familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of the startup ecosystem.
