Production Manager Ensure that the Production operation is efficient, productive and safe, managing resources and services necessary to meet the needs of customers.
Your responsiblities
Plan and carry out the necessary schedules to comply with the monthly production program.Control the cost of production.Develop a training program for employees in your department.Responsible for the operation of Production, Utilities and WWTP process.Define and request the necessary resources to comply with the production program.Conduct improvement plans (PDCAs) related to costs, quantity produced, production deadlines.Conduct and participate on the RCA's related to the Production area.Implement quality improvement, safety and other programs defined by the organization.Perform technical exchange with other plants.Define the responsibilities of direct employees to achieve the objectives.Set priorities for the Maintenance Department and direct employees.Identify your team's training needs and plan their execution in conjunction with the
Human Resources.Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system related to your department. Your profile Higher education in engineering with postgraduate studies in the area.Specialization / MBA in Business Management.Skills and Competencies (Technical and Behavioral): Negotiation, Relationship articulation, strategic vision and communication.Understanding the company's business in a systemic way, demonstrating leadership skills, decision making and negotiation.
