The Patient Solutions Team is seeking a Product Owner with solid experience in Agile methodologies to support our growing suite of Mobile Digital Companions, including mobile app and website products. Role summary Represent the voice of business and works with key stakeholders and teams to create an understanding of features, business and product vision. Create and prioritizes sprint backlog Coordinate with Product Manager and business leads for prioritization Attend all scrum meetings, especially host the sprint review, sprint planning and backlog refinement to present their vision and strategy Communicate sprint goals for what needs to be accomplished in each sprint Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions Conduct business process analysis and gap analysis Gather requirements and designs to translate into detailed user stories and epics Attend all scrum ceremonies; present user stories at backlog refinement and receive feedback from project team Assist in the planning and development of system testing procedures and automation scripts Work independently with minimal supervision Ability to communicate with international teams to gather requirements Deals with complex situations holistically and confident in decision-making Work closely with scrum team to document application changes and process flows Assist product managers in product performance assessment, efficiency, and improved user/product experiences Responsibilities Collaborate with the project team to ensure the system design adequately reflects business requirements and user stories Understand Pfizer technologies and processes Collaboration on user experience planning with CX/UX, agency and development team Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline 5+ years of product management or related experience Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training, or experience Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders and technical teams Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions Nice-to-Have Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus Experience in product design, vision and roadmap creation, and data & analytics Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus Additional notes Excellent written and communication skills Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills Working experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques The prior mobile experience is a plus Prior working in Pfizer Digital is a plus Ability to work flexible hours due to working with international business teams What's in it for you A 100% remote working opportunity; Laptop provided by FFW (for the entire contract period); The opportunity to be part of a global team, with colleagues from all over the world; Fast recruitment process; Monthly payments.
