What You'll DoWe are seeking a Product Designer with a knack for blending aesthetic design with effective functionality. This role requires a creative individual who can design intuitive user experiences and visually appealing products, including marketing landing pages, to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design: Develop and refine user interfaces with a focus on optimizing user experience for both our product and associated marketing landing pages.Prototyping and Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes for new product features and improvements, ensuring they meet user needs and promote a seamless user experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and development teams to ensure design consistency and coherence across all platforms and campaigns.Growth Marketing: Design impactful visual content for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, banners, and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.Branding: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand identity across multiple touchpoints.Who You AreYou have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, particularly in web and mobile applications.Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.Proactive and creative, you are constantly seeking new trends and technologies in design to enhance your work.You are committed to quality, consistently delivering exceptional designs that exceed user expectations.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in digital product design.Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.Experience designing for various platforms including web, iOS, and Android.Strong understanding of responsive design and best practices for mobile-first and desktop design.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.Previous experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization preferred.Global Predictions is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
