The Position Reporting to the Corporate Vice President you will have responsibility to lead and oversee the expansion projects of out factory in Montes Claros, engaging with multiple teams to ensure the successful implementation of these projects. You will also have the opportunity to: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Engage stakeholders effectively through clear communication, involvement, and alignment throughout the project. Lead and empower the project team, fostering collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement. Facilitate project meetings and workshops efficiently, utilizing clear, user-centric communication and presentations. Qualifications You hold a University Degree in a relevant field. Advanced and/or Master's Degree is preferred. A proven track record and experience in high complexity and big projects for industries and manufacturing. People leadership skills and background, leading wide teams. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese. Preferably You are certified in Project Management such as PMP, PMO, or others. Experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry will be considered an advantage.
