Alphanumeric is hiring a Payroll Testing Coordinator (Workday) to work EST time zone hours in a hybrid capacity in Brazil. Collaborate with Global Test Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy for the global payroll strategy program. Work closely with the vendor's deployment team to ensure all aspects of testing run smoothly. Coordinate all aspects of testing, including planning, execution, and reporting, across multiple phases of implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with internal global pharmaceutical teams, payroll vendors, and technology leads to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and objectives. o Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in the testing process. Test Planning and Documentation: o Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of payroll system functionalities. o Generate and maintain all required program documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Reporting and Progress Tracking: o Implement reporting mechanisms to track and communicate testing progress to stakeholders. o Provide regular updates on testing milestones, issues, and resolutions to the Global Test Lead and project leadership. o Ensures entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase/cycle o Provide testing dashboard reports on the % completion, defect count and aging, etc. Vendor Management: o Liaise with payroll vendors to coordinate testing activities, resolve issues, and ensure the integration of vendor deliverables into the overall testing plan. o Collaborate with vendors to establish effective communication channels and escalation procedures. Quality Assurance: o Monitor and ensure the quality of testing processes and outcomes to meet project goals and objectives. o Implement best practices for testing methodologies and quality assurance standards. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.). Testing experience in deployments for Payroll including WD payroll or other payroll systems Experience with integrations from Workday to Payroll systems will be considered a significant advantage. Experience with at least two workday programs as Test Lead / Coordinator. Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan. Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, etc. Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance Technical Skills: Familiarity with different test implementation phases, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. Knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and technologies, with a specific emphasis on integrations from Workday. Experience with various test tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary Ability to identify and address issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project timelines.
