Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.The Payroll Manager, Latin America for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:*Implement Shared Services Payroll in Latin America and Spain & Portugal *Consolidate ERPs from different platforms (ADP, TotVs, Datamace, Workday) *Define stand work for payroll procedures, redefine policies according to market practice and local labor requirements- Understanding and implementation of country legal requirements (government taxes, company obligations, as well as associates´s impacts)*Manage multiple interactions between departments and countries (HR, Finance, Sales, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Spain, Portugal) *Manage multiple providers in different countries, and consolidation *Consolidation of Sales Incentive PlansThis position is part of the Human Resources Department located in Brazil and will be on-site (3 days per week on-site/ 2 days per week home office).
