Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Mid-Senior Level) page is loaded Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Mid-Senior Level) Apply locations Sao Paulo, Brazil time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R00021301 ERM is looking for a motivated, hands-on Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our consulting firm in São Paulo.
Core Responsibilities: Payroll management, including payroll vendor relationship.Bank of hours control and management.Ensuring that all payroll processes are performed correctly, answering payroll-related queries.Be the point of contact for all matters relating to payroll and payroll accounting.Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.Resolve discrepancies or payroll issues raised by the payroll accounting process.Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the payroll process;Provide recommendations and insights to improve and bring efficiency to the payroll process;Prepare and maintain adequate supporting/processing documentation on all payroll flows, including necessary approvals required for each process;Keep HRIS Workday updated with employee movements (promotions, salary changes, job changes, etc.)Support the transactional services area in the management and control of employee benefits, being the point of contact for suppliers and guaranteeing their payments on time;Management of contracts for interns and apprentices, control of vacations and contract management.Qualifications and additional information: Knowledge of labor laws, e-social and labor taxesLarge Experience in HR Operations routines (vacation, payment, hiring and termination process) and Payroll routines;Benefits administration (Health and Dental Care Plans, Meal and Transportation vouchers);Experience with payroll and HRIS systems;Fluency in English is mandatory;Academic degree in business administration or related disciplines, ideally with a focus on HR or finance;Relevant professional experience in compensation and benefits;Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills;Analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
