If that sounds like your kind of scene, Kivi is calling your name.Responsibilities:Marketing Deployment & Strategy:Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns tailored for the Brazilian market.Provide support for the PR plan in Brazil, collaborating closely with the local PR agency to ensure effective communication.Assist in managing the communication calendar for Portuguese content across owned channels.Event Management & Production:Coordinate the production of both face-to-face and online events in Brazil, aligning them with team briefs and maintaining consistency with company values and identity.Generate creative ideas and venue options for events, ensuring alignment with the established budget and company objectives.Handle quotations and oversee the execution of services from suppliers.Measure event attendance and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to assess success and gather feedback.Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to facilitate seamless communication across departments.Competencies Required:Up to 1 year of experience in the Communications/Marketing field.Familiarity with HubSpot and its functionalities is a significant advantage.Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is considered a valuable asset.Demonstrate a proactive and responsible approach to tasks and challenges.Join Us for:Flexibility in Working HoursEmbrace our Work-Life Balance PhilosophyThriving in a Great Work EnvironmentExcited to have you on board with us soon!
