.MISSION: The Outside Sales Executive's main mission is to guarantee the achievement, improvement and prospection of all accounts under the scope of his/her wallet (exports & imports), having the ownership about customer's performance, identifying business opportunities and developing new business in line with business plan and guidelines established by regional management.SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:Have ownership of sales activities under his/her wallet in line with business plan focused on materializing the budget and goals set (exports & imports);To ensure a steady business growth based on profitability and group's policies; To lead transversally the internal stakeholders to provide regular feedbacks, making sure that troops are aligned, engaged and motivated for the challenges; Analyze statistical data to detect business opportunities related to accounts under his/her wallet; To use LISA/CRMinserting all key information with accuracy, data quality and on a timely manner respecting the deadlines; To provide regular and accurate information for the commercial forecast and follow it up closely, adjusting every deviation whenever necessary; To build an activity plan for the week in anticipation taking into consideration needs, scenario and strategic demands; To make sure tocover 100% of customers under his/her wallet as CV and manage information for UCV; To follow up regularly the filling factor of services and contribute pro-actively to achieve collective goals by exploring spot opportunities whenever necessary; To perform regular personal calls, as well as, entertainment initiatives with customers under his/her wallet observing the policy and approval commercial manager; Build a steady and professional communication channel with all stakeholders; Have the teamwork spirit, maximize inter-office /departmental cohesion with a view to optimal results.
