The selected candidate will learn, explore, and participate in all activities happening in this field: order processing, issuing and sending invoices, customer registration in SAP, handling customer inquiries via email and tickets, sending documents to customers, configuring and sending license files to customers, and liaising and supporting areas related to order processing. This position will support teams in South and North America and will learn processes from various regions in more than one language.Key Responsibilities: Order processing routine.Communication with customers and resellers.Liaison with various areas related to the order processing team.
