Job Description: Travel: Candidate will be expected to travel to client offices in country on adhoc basis
Educational Background Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field:
Fundamental for understanding both the technical and business aspects of the implementation.
Advanced certifications: Consider qualifications like PMP (Project Management Professional),
PRINCE2, or Oracle BRM certification, which demonstrate a formal understanding of project
management methodologies and Oracle BRM specifics.
Professional Experience Experience in fintech or financial services: At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry to understand the regulatory and compliance environment.
Proven track record with Oracle BRM: Direct experience with Oracle BRM implementations,
upgrades, or maintenance, ideally within a fintech environment.
10+ years of Project Management experience:
Plan and implement projects
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Collect and manage project team
Manage budget
Allocate project resources
Create a schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
Support and direct team
Lead quality assurance
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess the result of the project
Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments: As fintech often involves
cross-border transactions and multi-regional compliance issues, experience in international
settings is a plus.
Technical Skills Oracle BRM expertise: Functional understanding of Oracle BRM functionalities, rating, billing &
Invoicing system processes, and how it integrates with other systems.
IT and software development knowledge: Familiarity with software development life cycles,
database management, and possibly some coding experience.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and user requirements to ensure that the Oracle BRM
system meets the business goals effectively.
