With a presence stretching from Johannesburg to Vancouver, Sydney to Lima, you are part of a global brand that supports creativity, fosters innovation, and encourages you to think big, share ideas, and be yourself.**Job Purpose**:To provide customer sales, technical, commercial support and development by coordinating value added resources.**Travel Requirements**:Up to 40%**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:**SALES / ORDER PROCESS -**Generate proposal to support new salesGenerate standard quotes**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT -**Maintain non/Monthly CCA account**CUSTOMER SERVICES -**Respond to new Sales and Sales process status callsRespond to support status calls**BUSINESS TOOLS-**Use and maintain Modular's business tools such SharePoint, SAP, SFc, Soffront**Required Skills**:The individual in this position should be personable, highly self- motivated, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all of the forces around them - customers, suppliers, department employees, co-workers, and manufacturers' employees.It is extremely important that this individual have strong selling skills and- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Business Administration preferred.- 3 years of experience with technical product customer support (Modular's products preferred)- 3 years of hands-on experience with MMS hardware preferred- 2 years of experience with ERP (SAP prefered)- 2 years of experience with MS Office suite- 2 years of experience with Sharepoint preferred- 3 years of experience with customers (mining prefered)- 2 Years sales related experience- 2 Years mining related experience- 2 Years computer literacy and aptitude for computer technology- 2 Years mining related experienceKomatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
