Moving Associate

The Moving Associate is responsible to provide support in the operational process of moving services, and will communicate with SIRVA's moving consultant, clients and suppliers.Functions and Responsibilities- Support to domestic and international moving processes- Documents checking- Translation of packing list, and importation and exportation statements (DSI and DSE)- Elaboration of bill of landing (BL) and Air Waybill (AWB)- Contact with the shipment companies in order to book ships for the loads- Requesting of payments and purchases orders- Communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese with suppliers and clients- Communication with IPHAN to get authorization for the services- Responsible to keep the internal system updatedQualifications and Preferred Skills- Intermediate level of English - must read and write well- Spanish language is desiredEducation and Certification Requirements- Bachelor's degree in international relations or foreign trade - in course
