This position will function as a member of the BSWE team in the SWX organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible and contributing to the Model Based Software Development for High Performance Computers and Zone Control Units, which will be running features to support autonomous driving, Infotainment, Instrument cluster, Body domain, etc. The primary duties will include development of Model Based Software Components, integration with base software layers. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern safety critical electronic control units embedded software development and possess an interest in state-of-the-art automated driving compute platforms and emerging computational technologies. Position requirements: - 3-5 years of Experience in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow modeling - Expertise & Knowledge in define Model based design process, standard and guidelines - Experience of auto-code generation for AUTOSAR standards, configuring Embedded coder tool chains - Experience of embedded C programming - Experience in simulation and understanding of impact in embedded system - Experience in Model in the loop and Software in the loop using tool like BTC - Must be aware of MAAB guidelines and must have a good experience in tools like MXAM (Model Quality) - AUTOSAR architecture of software components model development - Knowledge of MATLAB Simulink scripting and automated test environment development - Experience with Compilers, Emulators, Debuggers, and other software development tools - Ability to interpret hardware schematic and debugging code on hardware Job Duties: - Work closely with System and Software Architects to understand and analyze the SW requirements - Develop model-based SW for Sensor/Actuators components using MATLAB/ Simulink/Stateflow for a give requirement - Implement logic for new features and/or modify existing logic to realize the design. - Auto-Generate automatic compliant with AUTOSAR standards using MATLAB/Embedded coder - Perform reviews for requirements, designs, and implementations, as well as support other team members. - Follow the defined software development processes, while proactively pushing to improve and streamline all areas of the process. - Performing Back-to-Back testing using Model in the loop and Software in the loop - Work closely with Requirements Managers / Project Managers to develop quality test cases.
