Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer who will play a pivotal role training clients and their employees, specifically on our Innovate offering. Our Innovate offering is a comprehensive, subscription service, composed of digital transformation consultation, implementation, and ongoing support. The Trainer will focus on educating and enabling our clients to leverage our Innovate offering, to maximize their productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 (M365), and have a passion for driving digital transformation and productivity improvements. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to clients and their employees, focusing on enhancing their M365 adoption and leveraging the latest technological innovations to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to clients and their employees, focusing on our innovate offering.
•Educate clients on the benefits of digital transformation and how it can drive perpetual innovation and competitiveness in the marketplace.
•Utilize industry-specific examples and case studies to demonstrate the value of our innovative solutions and their impact on productivity and business growth.
•Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, tailoring training programs to address their specific requirements.
•Measure and track Microsoft adoption scores as a proxy for productivity, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
•Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training materials.
•Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Certified: Fundamentals) preferred.
•Proven experience (5+ years) as a Trainer or Productivity Specialist, ideally within the managed services industry in the US market.
•Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 (M365), and their role in driving productivity and digital transformation.
•Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving client satisfaction.
