Kinesso supports horizontally the operations of all Mediabrands agencies, such as UM, Initiative and Media Hub.Position OverviewWe are looking for an executive that will oversee the digital operations within Initiative, the agency that currently holds the accounts of Unilever and Amazon, among others. This person will be responsible for making sure we deliver operational excellence within the agency, as well as bring innovation to its practices. Kinesso offers several high-quality platforms for media planning, buying and optimizing, and this person is responsible for making sure the team is making the best use of this technology. It is required that the person works aligned with the other leaders across Initiative, as well as with the experts in each discipline within Kinesso, making sure the internal teams work in a collaborative manner and bring excellence and innovation to the clients, along with developing a high performing and motivated team. While most of the work is done internally, it may be required that this executive have some client-facing time, as well as be invited to participate on pitches. Key indicators of success in this position are 1) client satisfaction and operational excellence 2) team motivation and satisfaction 3) steady evolution of our clients (innovation and best practices).ResponsibilitiesHas accountability for the performance and business results of multiple client accounts; leads account decisions, strategies and thought leadership, budget spending and staffing for region.Tactically manages multiple teams; has responsibility for hiring, performance appraisals, coaching and career development. This management may happen with direct or indirect reports.Manage multiple timelines and projects.Establishes and monitors standards, processes, and communications; develops departmental plans, business, and/or organizational priorities.Influences others internally and externally, including senior members of the account.Guides the development of digital media strategies across multiple client accounts, coaching and guiding teams in the development of digital media campaigns when needed.Tracks and maintains current growth opportunities.Manages agency and client communications and deliverables.Support building cases that communicate the wins.Qualification - Required SkillsUnderstanding of digital media and its key disciplines (Direct, Social, Programmatic, Search).Strong interpersonal skills – focused on building bridges across areas.Passionate about technology and innovation.Engaged in building high performing teams.Qualifications - Desired SkillsFluency in English or Spanish or commitment to learn quicklyExperience managing digital media budgets.
