This role involves defining and executing strategies, fostering a strategic growth program, and using Doehler's digital tools and channels to support Regional growth plans & development. If you aresomeone who can provide commercial & technical know-how & application and is excited about making a real impact, this is the position for you.YOUR ROLEStrategic Vision & Leadership:Develop and implement the regional strategy to achieve a leading position in the Market Segment Food (Dairy & Ice Cream and Bakery & Confectionery);Develop and implement the strategy by developing and executing a development plan in your AoR; Develop strategic guidelines for market relevant concepts to support the "got-to-market" activities; Drive a strategic product development program for the Market Segment by converting market needs and trends into internal innovation briefings and projects to develop & complete our product offerings. Management & Development:Monitor and support the Global Market Segment Manager team in executing Global Initiatives; Support the team in rolling out innovative initiatives, closely collaborating with business units, application & sales teams;Leverage available digital tools for the execution of the growth plans.Market Expansion & Customer Engagement:Engage in customer visits and events, partnering actively with the sales to develop new business opportunities; Lead MS driven Customer Centric proactive Short-Mid-Long term Innovation pipeline. Process & Training:Drive continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures; Spearhead in-house trainings and activities to enhance a deeper comprehension of the market segment.YOUR PROFILEExtensive experience in Product Management and/or Category Management and/or B2B Marketing, preferably within the Food Industry.Undergraduate degree: Techno commercial mix of Food Science & Business Administrationfields.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.Robust analytical and conceptual skills
