Management Trainee

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience;MBA or Master Degree is desired;At least 2 years of supervisory level experience is desired.Knowledge / experience in Agro in Brazil is desired.Having proficiency in both spoken and written English;Availability to be based out of Nova Venecia - ESWilling to be based in any of ofi s branches;Willing to travel to our Coffee business units.Negotiation, Organization skills and attention to details.Experience with Microsoft Office.Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.Previous experience in Sales, Supply chain and Operations would be an added advantage.   ,     ! We are looking for the next generation of Management Trainees that are ready to unleash their full potential and take a significant step forward in their career! Our Trainee Program equips ambitious individuals with high-impact careers.
