Logistics Analyst

SHEIN is a global fashion and lifestyle e-retailer committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all.We use on-demand manufacturing technology to connect suppliers to our agile supply chain, reducing inventory waste and enabling us to deliver various affordable products to customers worldwide.Logistics AnalystAssist warehousing managers to establish and improve departmental rules and regulations and process specifications, and strictly implement them to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations, and be responsible for operational KPI indicators; ResponsibilitiesManage the relationships with our 3PLs, and truck company, including weekly and monthly reviews and day-to-day escalations; Cooperate with 3PLs, responsible for the Marketplace sellers orders First Mile &Last Mile fulfillment.(Include Overdue Monitoring, Closed-loop Jobs, and Problem Parcels Processing); Cooperate with warehouse managers & Marketing team, make Monthly and weekly logistics capacity plans, update different 3PLs and monitor their capacity completion; Cooperate with Business Development team, make Logistics Announcement to sellers (if service policy changed); Cooperate with the Customer Service team, Maintenance commitment logistics timeliness to buyers (if fulfillment time changed); Organize reviewmeetings with some logistics providers to feedback problems and follow up their optimization progress.QualificationsWorking experience in Latin America logistics or 3PL companies or Logistics department of E-commerce companies (required); Experience in TMS system using (required); Brazil work authorization (required); English (required)Mandarin (preferred)
