Lfs Deputy Head Of Territory Americas (M/F)

-Provide leadership to the commercial organizations and develop the overall sales & go-to-market strategy, operational plans and processes that drives revenue and margin growth, increase of market share and accomplish financial objectives.
-Take full ownership of the commercial annual planning, including commercial order for production, manage a robust and cost-effective model to directing the Sales execution and effectiveness.
-Oversee goal-setting processes for all levels of sales organization, provides direction and guidance to succession planning and takes commitment in development of countries' business leaders capabilities.
-Ensure close collaboration and coordination with research head and teams: an effective orientation of research is a key success factor in selecting for a renewed and expanded offer.
-Develop product-positioning strategies, ensuring proprietary genetics products are the key drivers in the market penetration strategy towards a higher market share in the countries.
-Anticipate market changes in the geography and in crops, analyze data underlying trends, and define a long-term strategy as well as implement or review tools, such as CRM to prepare and well equip the countries for future challenges.
-Oversee the development and implementation of an effective marketing and communication strategy.
-Take leadership of the cross-functional teams "crop teams",to accelerate the market penetration of our proprietary genetics products.
-Carry out competitive intelligence work on the national and international market in the field of activity concerned.
