Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer at Nimofast Brasil SA. The Legal Officer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to business law, legal consulting, legal document preparation, contract law, and other legal matters. The role will be based in Campinas, SP. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Effective communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accurate documentation Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others Additional knowledge of international trade and regulations is a plus Portuguese and English
