Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world.About the CandidateWe are seeking for a seasoned Compliance Lead in the dynamic world of FinTech in Thailand. This role, under the guidance of our experienced Chief Investment Officer, offers a unique opportunity to delve into Web 3.0 learnings, collaborate with international partners, and work on groundbreaking regulations in the blockchain and crypto domain.As a key person in handling regulatory relations, the candidate should demonstrate robust experience interfacing with policymakers and regulators, and strategize to position the company at its optimal vantage point.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain all aspects of legal and compliance programs within the FinTech area.Act as the company's main point of contact with regulatory bodies in Thailand, ensuring a strong and constructive relationship.Guide the company in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, blockchain technology, and Web 3.0.Collaborate with our seasoned Chief Investment Officer to create strategies that add value to our compliance processes.Facilitate training sessions for internal teams to ensure understanding and adherence to regulations and compliance procedures.Monitor regulatory developments and assess the potential impact on organizational operations.Cooperate with international teams to share knowledge and provide insight into Thai regulations.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in a Regulatory or Compliance role, preferably within the FinTech, Blockchain, or Cryptocurrency industryProven ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodiesBachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Thai regulations pertinent to FinTech.
