FUNCTION : Project Manager LOCATION : São Paulo - SP JOB TYPE : Determined GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Project management of supply chain & production footprint for Latam Operations moving from the existing to Envu qualified partners. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Work with the Project Leads to deliver the roadmaps for production supply chain redefinition. Support the Project Leads, helping them with creating appropriate structure and governance to ensure successful delivery of the change – KPIs management. Help determine and establish framework, dashboard, metrics and KPIs for tracking project activities and progress. Update the roadmap and metrics in KeySuite tool or any other tools. Collect, analyze and consolidate Weekly Status report from workstream's leads. Manage in collaboration with the Project Leads communications and change management internally, alerting stakeholders to their part within the transformation and helping them navigate through the change. Organize and support the project lead for meetings' preparation (Core Team, Steer Cos etc.) Employ PMO, Project, Change management and Supply Chain Skills as appropriate to support the successful outputs for the projects. Propose improvements and provide appropriate feedback and alerts to Project Leads. Advise on issues where required. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
