Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising on regulatory compliance in finance and payments, and aiding in dispute resolution. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various types of written communications. Skilled in Microsoft Office and legal research databases. Business-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative. Nice to Have: Experience in working with payment platforms and orchestration. Experience working with the Central Bank of Brazil or CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários). In-depth knowledge of Brazilian laws and regulations relevant to fintech, including data protection, anti-money laundering, and consumer protection. Background in banking and financial regulation.
