Mandatory experience : +1 year of experience as Functional Consultant and/of Business Analyst specifically in IT consultancy environment , familiar with software development practices and lifecycle with exposure to client-facing activities. Mandatory experience: critical activities of a Functional Consultant at Apgar such as elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements; ability to participate and track requests in design workshops; analytical skills and problem-solver attitude. Mandatory Experience : experience working with agile frameworks . Highly Valuable Experience: You can showcase your familiarity with Relational Databases, conducting data analysis, defining acceptance criteria, and actively participate in testing phases. Desirable Experience : While on day to day you are not a developer, you either have been in the past or you find at ease to have technical discussions with them. Expected Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being a problem solver with a keen eye for details and an innate drive to deliver results. Preferable Background : Bachelor's degree - preferably in Industrial Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar. Who are we?
