(Full remote position)About the roleCarrying out support/preparation of the basic treasury operations documents: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, closings and accounting records as well as Responsible for supporting the routines of the accounting area and assisting internal customers.What you will be doing:Responsible for all documentation of invoices and bank vouchers;Sending documentation to the accounting team; Responsible for accounts payable;Responsible for reconciling treasury accounts; Performing accounts receivable support;Credit card purchases;Responsible for arranging travel advances and Attending to suppliers with regard to doubts about payment deadlines.Ensure that all accounting routines comply with legal requirements and internal company policies;Assist and monitor revenue records;Provide support in monitoring the records of notes with impact on Product Costs;Monitor quarterly and annual stock inventories;Perform capitalization, write-offs, movements and depreciation calculation of fixed assets;Monitor inventory of fixed assets; Run composition templates Accounting Reconciliations;Provide support to internal customers regarding the registration of monthly expenses;Analyze changes in general expenses;Fill out monthly results report;Provide support in the service of internal and external audits;Ensure adherence to international accounting policies (IFRS), local (CPCs) and internal company policies;Provide support in the execution of internal control compliance reports;What you´ll need to succeed in this role:At least 1 year of experience in an accounting, treasury work environment.Bachelors degree (Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas)Knowledge of Treasury areas (Financial Instruments, Capital Markets, Cash Management, FinancingExperience reconciling treasury accountsExperience with expense analysisAnalysis and reportsGood knowledge of the office package (especially excel)Advanced communication in EnglishWhy choose SandBoxEngage.
