Jira Admin [Latam]

Position Overview We're seeking a talented Jira Admin to join our team and provide expert support for Jira and Confluence across our organization. Key Responsibilities - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by refining and establishing processes and standards for Jira and Confluence.
- Assisting end users with various requests and inquiries related to Jira and Confluence functionalities.
- Identifying and addressing user pain points to enhance tool usability and efficiency.
- Implementing Jira and Confluence solutions in line with established best practices and standards within the Tasks Management Support Area.
- Providing daily guidance to the team on optimal tool usage and solutions implementation.
Requirements - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Jira administration or related roles.
- Customer Interaction: At least 1 year of customer-facing experience, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in administering Jira and Confluence, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration.
- Desirable: Previous experience or familiarity with coding, scripting, or programming is advantageous.
