Ivi Embedded Software Engineer – Connected Services (Betim - Mg)

We are seeking technology game changers to lead the digital transformation to this new world of automotive technology with a focus on the customer experience. As a member of the SWX Basic Software Organization at Stellantis, the candidate will be responsible for the development & integration of the embedded software running on the target platforms for In-vehicle Infotainment, instrument clusters, etc. The primary duties will include the development and integration of connectivity services such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Network Attached Device (NAD), etc. at base-level software layers. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern Infotainment and Telematics systems and embedded software development experience on Automotive Systems. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering field Solid experience working in Infotainment Base Software and middleware. Working experience developing/integratng Connectivity services such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Network Attached Device (NAD), etc. Good to have Integration of Blutooth, Wi-Fi, etc on Linux and/or QNX, or similar operating systems. Embedded software development experience using C and/or C++. Good to have experience integrating Android Auto and/or Apple CarPlay services. Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development process Familiarity of Automotive Product Development Process like ASPICE, V-model Team player, self-motivated and drive for results Good communication skills and the ability to interface with requirement engineers, vehicle integration and validation engineering organizations.
