YOUR CAPCO DAY
Plan the project from its design to its Go-Live, through implementation and testing/pilot phase
Monitor on a day-to-day basis the progress of the different teams, especially the IT ones
Track budget consumption, its allocations and forecast
Facilitate communication and coordination between all the different IT teams, as well as the business counterparts
Provide visibility on the project progress to senior stakeholders
Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arise in order to fix / mitigate it quickly
YOUR CAPCO FIT
Expertise in managing core banking transformation projects, overseeing data and interface migration from legacy systems to a designated platform
A solid understanding of the banking sector, including industry trends, regulations, and the specific challenges faced by financial institutions
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively. SAFe/Agile/Scrum experience is highly valued.
Proven capability to act independently drive transformational activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the transformation process
Stakeholder Management experience and skills - able to converse with all levels of stakeholders to understand and extract the required business requirements
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to convey project updates, issues, and resolutions to various stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English and French coupled with presentation skills
