Established as one of the largest companies in the country and committed to an accelerated expansion movement, the company is looking for new leadership to strengthen and improve its internal sales area. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your main challenge as Internal Sales Manager will be to implement and monitor sales strategies, seeking to identify and maximize revenue generation opportunities, acting strategically in the commercial vertical and promoting the company's growth. Main responsabilities: Develop, implement and monitor strategies for national sales operations for segments from different BUs based on the company's planning for the segment, establishing guidelines and developing action plans for directing the sales force; Analyze, monitor and remain constantly updated in relation to market and competitive behavior, trends, potential and sales variations, as well as develop strategies to meet and/or expand market share; Manage sales processes and activities, conducting business, monitoring the overall performance of the organization and the team, directing actions to ensure the company's good image, defining priorities, planning, discussing strategies and actions with the team and interface areas, peers and management and monitoring results, aiming to ensure compliance with the company's objectives; Manage team performance, evaluating technical and behavioral performance, supporting professional qualification, in order to ensure better results; Ensure the efficiency/effectiveness of sales processes, raising operational difficulties within the team and interface with other areas, proposing, discussing and supporting viable solutions with a focus on continuous improvement of the area's performance. Requiriments: Proven experience in leading Internal Sales in large companies; Having worked in the product distribution or retail segment will be an advantage; Availability to live in the Caxias do Sul region.
