Internal Audit Supervisor

This Leading Multinational Manufacturing Fortune 500 Company is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to manage the audits activities in their business – with a special focus on managing the manufacturing facility based in North East Brazil. You will work in their International audit team focusing on undertaking operational, business process and internal controls audits across the group's activities.The corporate auditor will be based in Brazil either in North East Brazil, in Espírito Santo region or in Belo Horizonte.You will be working with a team of over 25 professional Internal Auditors managing and leading a team of 3 or 4 auditors at a time overseeing and developing internal controls plans, overseeing risk based business audits, undertaking financial reviews as well as special audits and internal investigations.You will also provide effective recommendations and solutions to identified issues, ensure business agreement and follow-ups.After working in the job for 3 years, it is expected that you would move forward into another job offer in the company, in finance or process or an operations role.In order to apply you will need to have around 7-10 years of experience gained working in audit – this could be working as a manager within the big 4 today or you could be a candidate who has experience working in both external and internal audit but looking to gain more managerial experience.Both English and Portuguese languages are required.For more information, please see our video https://youtube.com/watch?v=v4M4Aa_m8yI&feature=shared
