Support team members with change control process and escalations.What are we looking for in this role? Minimum Qualifications Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science or another similar technical subject.Deep understanding of TCP/IP.Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.Strong knowledge of all major switching technologies including HSRP, STP, VLANs, trunking etc.Strong knowledge of other protocols such as GRE, GET, IP-SEC, Multicast and QoS.Cisco IOS and NX-OS operating systems.Cisco ISR and ASR series routers.Advanced English level.Experience with any of the technologies below would be beneficial:Cisco ACIVirtual switching such as Nexus 1000VF5 GTM/DNS, APM and WAFCisco SD-WANCandidates must be available to work in the office occasionally, based on previous notice/activities needs
