Responsibilities:Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for the entire vacation process as control expiration timeline, booking, calculation and payment.Time control in Nexti system, bank hours' control, payroll inputs and etc.Benefits as Medical Plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Gym Pass, Meal Voucher, VT, (include and exclude), invoice control and payment.End-to-end onboard and admission process, such as collecting mandatory docs, ASO (hire medical exam) and etc.Support the HR manager with team build activities, organize special celebration, employee gift, organize annual party in the company.Clarify employee's questions, keeping communication clearly and quickly reply.

Qualification & Requirements:Bachelor degree in psychology, business administration, human resource and other major related.Fluent English, speak and writing.2 or more years of experience.Excel and power point good knowledge.Organized and committed to work with deadlines.Capable to work in a global company with different culture, be patient and empathize with employee's situation.Presential mode of work, 5 days on the week in the office, (address Rua George Ohm – Berrini).
