This role will engage with our client's staff across the various companies within the UK and those working remotely from various locations.**_Here's an overview of your future role:_**- Employment Type: Full-time- Schedule: UK Shift, 7:00 AM (UK)-4:00PM (UK); 12:30PM (SL) -9:30PM (SL)- Work Arrangement: Remote/Work from Home**What do you need to succeed?**- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.- Strong knowledge of UK labor and employment laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department and staff members.- Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices.- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in HRIS and office software.Whilst qualifications are important, we also value the right attitude and strong people skills.
