**KEYWORDS**:HSEQ system management; Emergency response management; Risk assessment; HSE training; HSE incidents investigation; Audits and inspections; Preventive and Corrective actions; PPE management; Emissions and waste management;**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:Develop, maintain and improve the Integrated HSEQ Management System;Ensure the company's HSEQ policy is implemented consistently across the organization and third parties on the terminal are aware of company's policy;Ensure achievement of all HSEQ objectives and provide regular reporting on progress;Ensuring overall emergency preparedness, relevant updating of Emergency Response Plan and organization of Emergency drills;Identify employee training needs in relation to HSEQ and execute the relevant training where required. Safety inductions of visitors and contractors;Ensure, roll out and manage a communications plan for all HSEQ activities and legislative changes to ensure awareness of all staff;Ensuring surveillance of the Permit to work system;Plan and perform internal audits and coordinate inspections, audits from third parties and local authorities.
