Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.Partner with the bestAs an HR Business Partner, you will support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.As a HR Business Partner - LATAM OFE, you will be responsible for:- Developing & executing organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. Includes those who manage an HR Function within a Business Segment or Sub-Business;- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working;- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems;- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 y to complete and the impact is felt over the month 2 y time horizon.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;- Have relevant experience in HR Business Partnership;- Have interpersonal and leadership skills;- Be able to communicate fluently both in English and Portuguese;- Have the ability to lead programs / projects;- Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
