Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.As a HR Business Partner - LATAM OFE, you will be responsible for:- Developing & executing organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. Includes those who manage an HR Function within a Business Segment or Sub-Business;- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working;- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems;- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 y to complete and the impact is felt over the month 2 y time horizon.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;- Have relevant experience in HR Business Partnership;- Have interpersonal and leadership skills;- Be able to communicate fluently both in English and Portuguese;- Have the ability to lead programs / projects;- Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
