Hr Assistente Administratico (Data Management)

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Maintain employee payroll records accurately and in a timely manner in SAP by complying with the Service Level Agreement, mutually agreed with the Business Groups. Attend to and process customer enquiries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures and utilizing problem solving skills for resolution. Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner. Clear all outstanding service request tickets as assigned by the Team Lead / Function Lead by attending to the request immediately once it is assigned to individuals in the assignee group. Verify and resolve employee payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing individual employee information and confirm discrepancies with Business Group HR counterparts and alert the Team Lead / Function Lead. Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing support to the Team Lead / Function Lead in any continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: A degree in the related job field. Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. Good working experience with Microsoft Excel. Willing to relocate to the job location.
