We are looking for a Customer Support Specialists to assist dental/optometry practices with Front-desk duties. Customer Support Specialists responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and scheduling appointments. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Field and manage all inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional mannerSchedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring the seamless operation of the medical practiceUtilize advanced knowledge in confirming and rescheduling appointments, adhering to excellent record-keeping practicesCreate a welcoming and comfortable experience for all patients, resolving any issues with empathy and efficiencyAssist in bookkeeping tasks, maintaining an accurate and organized record system
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with and provide solutions for patientsProficiency in written and verbal English communicationDetail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience in scheduling or similar administrative roles is preferredStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstancesAdvanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as record-keeping practicesBookkeeping skillsExperience with social media platforms is a plus
